In this short film, Sacred Economicsauthor Charles Eisenstein, snags my attention from the get-go. Speaking of the Occupy movement, he says it's not about us (99 percent) versus them (1 percent).
This movement isn't about the 99 percent defeating or toppling the 1 percent. You know the next chapter of that story, which is that the 99 percent create a new 1 percent. That's not what it's about. What we want to create is the more beautiful world our hearts tell us is possible, a sacred world, a world that works for everybody. That's just for starters. Such wisdom in one young body. I give deepest gratitude for this man and for the people who made this video. Watch. Take heart. Share. The revolution is love, and that's the best news possible.
More than ever, I can see a world like Ordinary approaching. Will it take work? Sure. Will there be plenty of heartache? Of course. Is it possible now? What do you think?

Very inspiring ... Makes me all the more enthused about being a part of this movement ...
I am so moved by this short film. It has more wisdom in a few minutes than almost anything else I've seen lately. "Occupy my heart" seems to be the key. Finding our gifts and talents to share, because when I gift to you, you and I are both enriched.
This is a shortie I should watch every morning, at least for a while, until every message it contains becomes so clear and possible to me that I can reimagine my life with this wisdom, and then take it where I go.
Perhaps you and others already occupy your heart in these ways. Perhaps I do too, to some extent... but not to the extent that I can not only reimagine a world of peace, but reimagine MY world of peace. That's where it must begin - one person at a time.
After watching and reading and listening to so many thoughts theories lately, this little video perhaps is the foundation for change.
Thank you Kate... again.
It is nice to meet you. Thanks for stopping at my blog. Wishing you a lovely holiday weekend.
