I've had a difficult January and haven't written much of anything (my wife had a full knee replacement). I've been very busy with helping her and raising my 2 1/2-year-old grandson. It's been overwhelming at times.writing and living by Richard P Hugheshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03814139767151989286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7571714765362039648.post-74082055926548172962012-01-21T14:25:00.116-08:002012-01-21T14:25:00.116-08:00What a wonderful way to begin meditation. I plan on following your ten-minute meditation tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how it goes for me.

Peace.Deehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00612299013780771262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7571714765362039648.post-46434830767314908412012-01-13T05:13:52.359-08:002012-01-13T05:13:52.359-08:00I did this this morning, and found it relaxing. I read just yesterday about focusing on breathing and with eyes closed looking at the tip of the nose as you breath cool in and out one side at a time. So I did that too. Focused on the tip of my nose, one breath in, one out, one side at a time. Relaxing. Helpful at work too. Hard to quiet the mind still, but getting easier to feel the relax coming on.Laughing Doodle 2022https://www.blogger.com/profile/18147973806343659342noreply@blogger.com
